Hotel Policy


INFORMATION WE COLLECT : Information you give us. In your use of the Site, you may provide us with various information that personally identifies you. For example, we collect information from you when you make a booking through our reservation system or stay at the Hotel. Information collected during the course of the reservation and during your stay may include:

  • Your Name, Email Address, Home and Business Address, Phone Number, Nationality and Payment Card Information.

  • Information such as stay and room preferences made during the course of your reservation such as your preferred room type and specific requests to the Hotel.

This information may be provided to us directly when you make a reservation through our reservation system, through our websites, directly at the hotel or through mobile applications. In some cases, we may receive this information from a third party, such as when you book through an online travel agency or hotel booking site.

HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION : We use the information collected from you primarily to fulfill your hotel reservation. Prior to your stay, this may include sending your information to the Hotel or sending you pre-stay communications. Following your stay, we may also send you post-stay communications and satisfaction surveys to get feedback on your experience. In some instances where we have your consent or where permitted under applicable law, we may send you marketing communications (which may include text messages) for products and services that we believe would be relevant for you.

Himachal Pradesh - An ICMR approved Covid-19 Negative Certificate (Not more than 96 Hours old) and minimum booking for 2 days are mandatory for out-of-state visitors.

Refund & cancellation policy

    Any refund will take at least 15 days to process. Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account.

  • If cancelled before 10 days of check-in date : 90% Refund.

  • If cancelled in-between 7 to 10 day s: 75% Refund.

  • If cancelled between 72 Hours to 7 day s: 50% Refund.

  • If cancelled within 72 Hours : Non Refundable.

  • No shows or Early Check-Out : Non Refundable.


  • Check- in 1:00 PM and Check out 12:00 Noon. Early check -in is subject to availability.

  • All the guests are requested to present the proof of identity at the time of check -in.

  • Smoking not allowed in the rooms, Dining areas and Reception area.

  • We will take appropriate steps to make sure the personal information in our records is accurate.

  • Child below 6 yrs complimentary without extra bedding.

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

  • Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.

  • Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Hotel at any point of time.

  • Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival in the Hotel.
  • The hotel is entitled to collect a charge for storage of these items.
